July 10, 2020, the day I started having a great time in this heart-warming place. When I think about it, I am immediately moved by all the beautiful and intense moments that I have been able to experience, it was a time to remember.
Marina, the top team and not to forget the donkeys have conquered a special place in my heart. What the sanctuary does for all these sweet donkeys is really indescribable, without them the donkeys would have a terrible life with usually a terribly painful death as a result, because many of them die of hunger, thirst or are scooped by a car as they are left to their own devices on the street without the help of the sanctuary.
In my time here I have gained so much experience and I advise everyone to take this step if, like Marina and her team, you have a heart for animals. You have no reason to doubt, I'm sure you won't regret it for a second. How grateful I am to be part of the donkey family, I can't wait to return!
